Arsenal v Dynamo Kiev betting latest

Matthew Glazier - 23 Nov 2008

This is turning into a really difficult season for Arsene Wenger and his young troops, with Arsenal losing their last two Premier League matches to slip out of the top four. However, some of their best performances have been in Europe this campaign, most notably the 4-0 win against Porto and the 5-2 victory away at Fenerbahce. Will the Champions League provide them with some much-needed escapism again on Tuesday?

They should have too much in the tank for Dynamo, although whether you're prepared to back them at 2/5 (Boylesports) is another matter, in light of recent events. Their Ukrainian opposition will certainly be no pushover, especially as they have kept clean sheets in their other two Group G away matches. Kiev are 9/1 (Paddy Power) to win in London, as they did in Porto, and 7/2 (Stan James) to land a point. It's worth noting that this is all Arsenal need to progress to the last sixteen stage.
